Elise - Founder CEO-Captain

Elise is the founder, creative force, and Captain behind the salon — leading with vision, instinct, and a deep love for both people and hair.

With over 17 years in the industry and 14 years running her own salons, Elise has built a reputation for creating effortlessly natural, lived-in hair that feels modern, wearable, and completely individual. She specialises in extensions, creative cutting, barbering, and soft, unstructured styling — with a particular passion for grey transformations and helping clients transition into natural, low-maintenance colour with confidence.

A true leader at heart, Elise has grown and guided teams across multiple locations, including her time in Ocean Grove, before establishing and evolving the salon in Daylesford into the elevated space it is today. Her focus is not just on great hair, but on building a strong, connected team and a salon experience that clients genuinely feel part of.

Elise brings a grounded, intuitive approach to everything she does — balancing creativity with strategy, and always looking for ways to grow, evolve, and lead from the front.

Outside the salon, she’s a mum of three, a wife, a lover of chocolate, and someone who’s always exploring new ideas, business ventures, and ways to create something meaningful — both inside the salon and beyond.

Kirsty Co-Captain- Senior Stylist

Kirsty is the salon’s co-captain and resident vivid queen — bringing bold energy, fearless creativity, and serious colour talent to the floor.

Known for her bright, fun, and unapologetically vibrant work, Kirsty is the go-to for vivids and all things colour. Pair that with her signature bouncy blow waves, and you’ve got a stylist who delivers both impact and polish every time.

Straight-talking and completely unfiltered, Kirsty says it how it is — but it’s her warmth, humour, and ability to make every client feel instantly welcome that truly sets her apart. She remembers names, brings the energy, and treats the salon like it’s her own.

With an infectious laugh (you’ll hear it before you see her) and her iconic red hair, Kirsty is impossible to forget — and exactly who you want in your corner.

Starting her journey as our salon receptionist, Yana quickly found her passion in the beauty space before diving headfirst into hairdressing. Now just months away from qualifying, she’s already building strong skills in blow waves, treatments, cutting, and colour — with a growing obsession for the science behind hair colour and how it works.

A talented makeup artist, Yana is a go-to during bridal season, creating flawless hair and makeup looks that leave clients feeling confident and event-ready. She also offers beauty services including brows and lashes, making her a true all-rounder in the salon.

Bold, expressive, and full of personality, Yana brings energy, humour, and heart to every appointment. With a background in hospitality (and a seriously good barista skillset), she knows how to take care of people and create a welcoming, connected experience for every client.

Georgia is the heart of the beauty space at the salon — stepping into her role as Lead Beautician with talent, passion, and an eye for perfection.

Having been part of the team since 2018, starting as a Tea & Tidy junior, Georgia has grown into a highly sought-after beauty therapist and true brow queen. Specialising in brows, lashes, and makeup, she is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to making sure every client leaves feeling completely polished and confident.

From perfectly sculpted brows and lifted lashes to flawless makeup, Georgia’s work is all about enhancing natural beauty with precision and care. She also loves waxing and is currently expanding into spray tanning and body waxing as the salon continues to grow its beauty offering.

Warm, welcoming, and effortlessly personable, Georgia creates an experience where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and completely looked after. With her books filling fast, she’s quickly becoming a go-to in Daylesford for all things beauty.

Tayah is building her expertise across colour, foils, and cutting, while also showing a natural talent for styling, from bouncy blow waves to soft curls.

She brings a calm, positive energy to the salon, with a fun side that pops out in the form of spontaneous dance moves and a love for the team vibe.

Tayah is motivated, focused, and fully committed to her growth — and it shows in the way she approaches every client and every skill she learns.
