Elise is the owner, creative free spirit, mover and shaker, and team captain @ the retreat.
Elise's hair story started 14 years ago, qualifying as a hairdresser, and running her own hair & beauty salons for 9 years.
She is also a fully qualified educator as well as a reiki practitioner, and gives a killer head massage. You can find her on the floor in both salons making hair goals a reality, or encouraging clients to participate in Salon Karaoke!
Elise specialises in unstructured and natural hair & looks, creative cutting, barbering, hair extensions, and is a bit or a beard freak!
Outside of hair & business hobbies? Wife for Life, Mum of 3, lover of chocolate & a good manifestation story, intuitive card reader and reiki master.
Kat is the Daylesford Co- Pilot.
She is our super talented senior stylist (for over 12 years), colour queen, barberess and perm guru!
Kat is one of our full time gals on the team, who brings the laughs, the good times and her western Australian humour.
Kat's super power is speed, she doesn't muck about and is annal about keeping everything clean and organised.
Her specialities lie in perming, barbering, colour and creative cutting!
Outside of hair hobbies? Is a cool mum of 3, working on her next tattoo, and loves a drink or 2, just not Gin!
Kirsty is our beautiful, warm, caring but crazy gal, who loves colour creations!
She loves a good balayage, a crazy colour, or blonde, any colour for Kirsty is just fine.
She thrives on making you feel amazing, caring for your every need, ensuring you leave feeling brand spanking new!
Kirsty has 3 years of hair under her belt, and is super dooper close to being qualified, just needs a few signatures before she gets to wear the badge.
Outside of hair hobbies? Mumma to her little man, loves adding to her crystal collection, and won't pass up a bevy on a hot day!
Jess is our part time beauty therapist here at the retreat.
with over 11 years in the beauty industry, she brings an amazing amount of experience to the team
Jess loves lashes, brows and nails, but her true love and passion is all things skin. with skills in advanced skin facials, peels and skin needling, so stay tuned for some advanced skin treatments coming soon!
With Jess's warm friendly nature, she is sure to m ake you feel welcomed, cared for and truly special.
Outside of hair hobbies? Mumma to her 3 fur babies, values fitness, nature, good friends, and is also an award winning personal trainer and a qualified psychologist!

Dr Fortunato is a much loved local Doctor in town, working at spring Medical as a GP for many years. He has now branched out and enjoys working in a field where science meets beauty.
Dr Fortunato completed his Accredited Combined Foundation & Advanced Botox® and Dermal Filler Training in Melbourne.
Dr Fortunato is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Nuna Beauty & Styling
With her warm and soft nature, Nuna brings such a wealth of experience to our Daylesford Beauty team.
Nuna specialises in advanced makeup, fashion styling, personalised facials, and brow services too. She adds a beautiful balance of soft & delicate energy to our retreat team, ensuring every client is nurtured and cared for.
Outside of salon hobbies? Nuna is now a Daylesford local, finally enjoying life here with her husband, long walks around the lake and studying aromatherapy!
IV Infusions
Hayley is a registered nurse with 19 years nursing experience, After doing some research into Gut health and the effects it can have on our health, Hayley discovered the efficacy of using IV drips as a way to administer vitamins and nutrients.
Designed as a preventative treatment to promote great health and boost energy levels, IV drips may assist with vitamin or nutrient deficiencies you may have.
Hayley offers personalised care, formulating a balance of vitamins that helps to work towards meeting your goals.
Dale is the retreat's financial controller AKA Elise's husband and grounding realist.
He is also the retreats handyman, and you will often see him around building or fixing things around the salon.
Outside of salon finances and building duties, he has a keen eye for window furnishings being a decor consultant during the week, and a handyman around town & loves his fishing!
